Winters here in the midwest can get very cold and heating systems can dry out the air in your home or business. This is why a reliable heating system and humidification are essential to ensure that you are always prepared for cold weather and dry indoor climates. Whether it is a commercial or residential location, our technicians can diagnose any issue and get your equipment repaired quickly. Or, if you are looking for a whole new system, we can recommend the most efficient and cost effective one to fit your needs.

Furnace vs. Boiler Heating

The main difference between heating with a furnace and boiler is that a furnace uses air and a boiler uses water to distribute heat. A furnace heats air that is distributed with a blower motor and duct system. A boiler distributes heat with hot water through small hot water pipes using a pump to heat baseboard, cast iron radiators, or radiant flooring systems. Boilers can run on gas, electric or alternative fuels such as wood pellets.

Personally our team prefers boiler systems, specifically Weil McLain brand, because they are more hygienic, efficient and reliable. Our owner Mac Trench is an expert in boiler systems installation and has trained his technicians very well. While running the business in Dillon, CO he was the leading boiler installation technician in the area. He even installed the first two slim fit boilers in North America at the Gateway Center in Keystone Colorado.
