We started this business to provide honest, trustworthy, and caring service to everyone we work with, and every day we strive to accomplish that.
Our lead technician is Austin, assisted by his brother-in-law, Sean Ballard. Austin’s partner, Jordan, manages the office and other administrative aspects of MAC Services.
Austin started his HVAC-R and plumbing career at Ivy Tech in 2015. After graduating with his technical certificate and EPA certification, he gained hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, deepening his HVAC and plumbing knowledge. Under Mac’s mentorship, Austin became a master mechanical contractor — well-versed in everything from residential furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and water softeners to specialty systems like boilers, commercial chillers, and walk-in coolers. He has completed Weil-McLain’s boiler course and is listed with them as a qualified service technician for the area.
Richard Trench, known as “Mac,” started MAC Services.
Austin Manning became Mac’s apprentice, training under him to master the trade.
After earning his own license, Austin started Manning Mechanical LLC.
Austin took over as owner of MAC Services so Mac could retire — and has owned and operated the business ever since.
